Participating Guests will receive a Mystery Card with a hidden gift identification code that is valid for gift redemption at one of the participating Sponsor locations (listed above) for the duration of the Free Gift Event. Business hours of the participating locations may vary. Participating Guests may participate in the Free Gift Event by bringing the Mystery Card (with code still hidden) to any participating Sponsor location. Designated Sponsor representatives will reveal the gift identification code to Participating Guests and inform them of their free gift. Free Gift Event begins Thursday, Oct 26th, 2023, and ends Sunday, December 31st, 2023 (the “Free Gift Event Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Free Gift Event Period at their sole discretion. Gift identification codes shall only be valid if revealed by a Designated Sponsor representative during the Free Gift Event Period. Sponsor, its affiliates and agents are not responsible for Mystery Cards not received, for whatever reason.
1. ELIGIBILITY: All Participating Guests must be Twenty-One (21) years of age and reside in the United States. The Sponsor, their employees and/or agents are not eligible to participate. Sponsor’s media partners, agents, or vendors are not eligible to participate. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.
2. GIFTS: Odds of receiving $500 US Egg gift card are 1:10,000. Odds of receiving other gifts valued at 10% off your meal that day are guaranteed, everybody is a winner. Gift Redemptions only valid from Thursday, Oct 26th, 2023, and ends Sunday, December 31st, 2023
3. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Gifts are transferable, but may not be substituted for or redeemed for cash under any circumstances. Failure to comply with these official rules may result in a Participant’s disqualification, at the sole discretion of Sponsor. No substitution or cash equivalent of gifts are permitted. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives are not responsible for any typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of the Free Gift Event, including, but not limited to, errors in any printing or posting or these official Terms and Conditions, the selection and announcement of any winner, or the distribution of any gifts. Any attempt to damage the content or operation of this Free Gift Event is unlawful and subject to possible legal action by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the Free Gift Event, without notice, and for any reason, including, without limitation, if Sponsor determines that the Free Gift Event cannot be conducted as planned. In the event any tampering or unauthorized intervention may have occurred, Sponsor reserves the right to void suspect entries at issue. Sponsor and its respective parent, affiliate and subsidiary companies, agents, and representatives, and any telephone network or service providers, are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate transcription of participation information, or for any human error, technical malfunction, lost or delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, line failure or malfunction of any telephone network, computer equipment or software, the inability to access any website or online service or any other error, human or otherwise.
4. INDEMNIFICATION AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: BY PARTICIPATING IN THE FREE GIFT EVENT, EACH PARTICIPATING GUEST AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS FROM ANY LIABILITY, DAMAGES, LOSSES OR INJURY RESULTING IN WHOLE OR IN PART, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, FROM THAT INVITEE’S PARTICIPATION IN THE FREE GIFT EVENT AND THE ACCEPTANCE, USE OR MISUSE OF ANY GIFTS THAT MAY BE WON. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENT, AFFILIATE AND SUBSIDIARY COMPANIES DO NOT MAKE ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE CONDITION, FITNESS OR MERCHANTABILITY OF THE GIFTS. SPONSOR AND ITS PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTIONAL AGENCIES, AND ALL THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, REPRESENTATIVES AND AGENTS DISCLAIM ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE TO ANY COMPUTER SYSTEM RESULTING FROM ACCESS TO OR THE DOWNLOAD OF INFORMATION OR MATERIALS CONNECTED WITH THE FREE GIFT EVENT.
